The )diversophy® development team

)diversophy® is the collective work of many individuals, partnerships and teams over more than a decade. Besides the many authors, developers and translators that you see here and when you visit each of the training games pages, there are many other hands, administrative assistants, technology professionals, proofreaders, test groups, organizations and client partners who have contributed to the product you take in hand or see online.

Generally )diversophy® game developers work like authors in a publishing house (in this case GSI). They contract with GSI for the writing and developing and/or translating of a game about a specific culture (e.g., USA, China), cultural or diversity challenge (e.g., gender, disability) or activity (e.g., healthcare, global teamwork). They are remunerated for their efforts by receiving a royalty on the sales of the product they have developed and are entitled to buy )diversophy® products at a discount.

To guarantee the quality and up-to-date nature of the information found in each )diversophy® game, contracts last for two years, are renewable and include the responsiblity of creating and/or updating the materials during the contract period.

The world is a very big place, and as some have noted, becoming a very small place, a global village. Culture and cultural issues are likely to dominate the agenda of business, government, economy, family and personal life for the lifetime of those of us now on the planet. That means am ever growing need for )diversophy® and diversAbilities. Our current offerings, abundant as they are, barely scratch the surface of the need

If you recognize this need and have an believe that you can help to fill it by creating, translating or adapting )diversophy®, please discuss it with us. We are always open to developing new games and related projects that fit our mission of creating global and local competence.

Some of our dear colleagues have left us.

We remember them fondly,
and know that their work lives on
in the hearts and minds of those
they served and supported.
