Those working with Belgians from abroad or within Belgium will learn important values, facts and behaviors needed for successfully interacting with and influencing their Belgian colleagues both in the workplace and in social life.

Sabine Tobback is an Executive Coach, Trainer & Facilitator at ST Management. She holds a master's degree in economics, with a specialization in corporate management. As a young graduate she supported her father's entrepreneurial business, building aluminum structure factories throughout Africa and the Middle East. ExxonMobil employed Sabine in its international human resources function for over 12 years, enabling her to gain extensive experience in employee development, internal executive coaching, resource planning, job evaluation, job rotation, training, and recruitment and assessment for overseas assignments in Europe and USA. She was responsible for the management of 350 expatriate families (28 nationalities) within Belgium.

Early in 2000, Sabine founded a training and coaching institute devoted to intercultural management, personal skills, human resources management, and leadership. She has developed programmes on virtual team effectiveness, and is a certified Coach (ICF) as well as MBTI, DISC, OPQ, Core Qualities, Covey, Transactional Analysis, NLP, Professional Coaching, Self Coaching and Practical Psychology certified. She currently lives in both Belgium and France and travels about 50% of her time.
