Those working with Lithuanians from abroad or within Lithuanial will learn important values, facts and behaviors needed for successfully interacting with and influencing their Lithuanian colleagues both in the workplace and in social life.

	Ieva’s professional career started with Psychology studies in Lithuania. While being a student she went to Belgium for a student exchange programme where she first had intercultural experience. Since then Ieva felt passion for exploring different cultures and people wanting to understand the reasons behind their behaviour. Soon after, she left Lithuania and started her Master's Degree in Cross-cultural Psychology in the UK. Recently she has been working on different projects in the intercultural field with Kwintessential Ltd – the intercultural training consultancy. Ieva has been living in the UK for four years. She is eager to explore other places in the world as well as spread cultural understanding about different cultures, including her own Lithuanian culture.
