Those working with Russians from abroad or within Russia will learn important values, facts and behaviors needed for successfully interacting with and influencing their Russian Colleagues both in the workplace and in social life.

 

Developed by Natalie Quackenbush, M.A. in Intercultural Communication and Information Management (Hildesheim, Germany). Born in Russia, Natalie lived in Germany for 10 years. She currently resides in Chicago, USA. Integration into new cultures provided her a perspective of understanding people who are different and set a starting point for a developed intercultural sensitivity. She also studied in Castellión, Spain, and has participated in numerous international projects and worked with various international companies in Europe: IKOKU, Olympus, GSI, and traveled extensively.
