This game addresses gender issues in the workplace as they affect the everyday lives of US men and women. It contains abundant information about men and women from a cultural perspective and suggests practical ways of successfully dealing with fairness, harassment, gender conflicts and common biases about gender roles and relationships.

 

Developed by Dr. George F. Simons Dr. Simons is a pioneering strategist in the US men's movement. With Phil McCrillis he developed the Hidden Valley Center for Men in Soquel, CA, where they conducted workshops to enable men to cope with their own developmental issues as their women partners and co-workers struggled to put feminist issues on the the social and familial agenda.
