This game is created to help them to understand their host country and its inhabitants a bit more.

Joanna Sell is the owner of Intercultural Compass, the company promoting cross-cultural communication and working in the multicultural teams. She is a certified Intercultural Trainer and Coach (Friedrich Schiller University in Jena, Germany) and a certified Berlitz Trainer in Cross Cultural Communication. Additionally, she holds a master degree in European Studies (Leibniz University of Hanover, Germany) and Art History (Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Poland). She has lived in Germany for over ten years and has gained her intercultural experience not only while working with foreign employers and employees, project managers and team members from around the world, university teachers and students but also during her vocational work for the IWAH– International Women’s Association of Hanover, a non-profit organization led by her as a chairwoman in 2011. 2013 she published a book "Polish Business Culture" in German (Geschäftskultur Polen). Currently she is involved in the organization of the international SIETAR Europe conference, in Valencia 2015.
