Morocco
Catherine Roignan is a researcher, consultant and trainer on intercultural issues. She’s been studying and working in France, Germany, Britain, Senegal and Morocco. She has been in charge for several years of an Observatory of the French, the Germans and the British. She also has been conducting numerous cross-cultural surveys for companies like L’Oréal, Deutsche Bank and SC Johnson... Catherine spent three years living in Morocco where she conducted qualitative research about Moroccans as well as expatriates. Catherine holds a diploma from the Institute of Political Sciences of Paris, a Franco-German Master in social and political sciences of the Free University of Berlin, as well as a Master’s of the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) of the University of London.
Youssef Zahid is specialized in adapting information systems from a country to another, and in training people to get used to foreign-based solutions. He currently does this for customers like the Moroccan Revenue Administration and Morocco Post, after having worked in Canada for companies like Tecsys and Teleglobe, and in France for Reuters and the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, a major player in French finance. This gave him a great experience of international teams and of diversity at the workplace. He grew up and studied engineering in Casablanca, got a Master from the Laval University in Canada and is PMP certified (Project Management Professional) and PMI member (Project Management Institute).
Catherine Roignan est chercheuse, consultante et formatrice sur les thématiques de l’interculturel. Elle a étudié et travaillé en France, en Allemagne, en Grande-Bretagne, au Sénégal et au Maroc. En charge pendant plusieurs années d’un Observatoire des Français, des Allemands et des Britanniques, elle a mené de nombreuses études sociologiques à l’international pour des clients comme L’Oréal, Thalys, Deutsche Bank, SC Johnson... Au Maroc où elle a vécu trois ans, elle réalise des enquêtes qualitatives auprès de publics marocains et expatriés. Catherine est diplômée de l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris; elle a obtenu le diplôme franco-allemand en sciences politiques et sociales de l’Université de Berlin et un Master de la School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) de l’Université de Londres.
Youssef Zahid est ingénieur-formateur, spécialisé dans l’adaptation de systèmes d’information d’un pays à un autre. Il a travaillé pour des clients au Maroc comme la Direction Générale des Impôts et Poste Maroc. Il a travaillé auparavant au Canada pour des sociétés comme Tecsys et Teleglobe, et en France pour Reuters et la Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations. Il a ainsi acquis une grande expérience des équipes internationales et de la diversité culturelle. Après avoir grandi et étudié à Casablanca, il a obtenu un Master en sciences informatiques de l’Université de Laval au Canada et il est certifié PMP en management de projet.
