  • Cornelia Walter was born in Kathmandu/Nepal and has lived and worked in Australia, Dubai, Qatar and Kuwait. Today she lives in Germany. After completing a degree as teacher for mathematics, English and geography, Cornelia Walter achieved a diploma in Nursing Management and a Master in Business Administration. Additionally, she holds certificates in Change Management and Mediation. Cornelia Walter’s interests lie in Organizational Behavior in health care - especially the occupational integration of nurses and doctors in the German healthcare, and the benefits of diverse teams in hospitals. Cornelia Walter works as a hospital consultant, trainer and mediator in Stuttgart/Germany. Her working experience includes teaching German as a foreign language, teaching health care topics, developing hospital staff and planning projects. She also established and led the Stuttgart Medical School, an institute for training and development of international nurses and doctors.

    Dr. Zeina Matar is an intercultural business consultant headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany. She is an expert in Middle Eastern cultural issues and lectures at several colleges and universities on Arab and Islamic Culture. She is also active in exploring the roles of women in these cultures and is a consultant in research projects involving Germany and the Middle East. She works in Arabic, English, French and German.

Nach dem Lehramtsstudium in Mathematik, Englisch und Geographie hat Cornelia Walter zunächst den Diplomstudiengang Pflegemanagement abgeschlossen, anschließend erhielt sie den Master in Business Administration. Zusätzlich erwarb sie Zertifikate in Change Management und Mediation. Das berufliche Interesse von Cornelia Walter gilt dem Verhalten in Organisationen, insbesondere bei der Integration von Pflegekräften und Ärzten in das deutsche Gesundheitswesen, und dem Nutzen von vielfältigen Teams im Krankenhaus. Cornelia Walter arbeitet als Krankenhausberaterin, Trainerin und Mediatorin in Stuttgart/Deutschland. Ihre Berufserfahrung beinhaltet Unterricht in Deutsch als Fremdsprache und in Themen des Gesundheitswesens, in der Personalentwicklung und dem Projektmanagement im Krankenhaus. Cornelia Walter baute als Leiterin die Stuttgart Medical School, ein Institut für Training und Entwicklung von internationalen Pflegekräften und Ärzten, auf.

    Dr. Zeina Matar ist interkulturelle Beraterin in Stuttgart. Sie ist Expertin für die Kulturen des Nahen und Mittleren Ostens und hält Vorträge an verschiedenen Hochschulen über die arabische und islamische Kultur. Nicht nur im Rahmen ihrer Beratertätigkeit für internationale deutsch-arabische Forschungsprojekte gilt ihr tätiges Interesse auch der Rolle der Frau in diesen Kulturen. Sie arbeitet in Arabisch, Englisch, Französisch und Deutsch.
