Papa Balla Ndong is a Senegalese Migralogist with a Master's degree in International Migration from the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Valencia, Spain. He was the Founding President of the National Union of Young Professionals of Arts and Cultures of Senegal as well as Secretary General of the Cultural Industries of Senegal. He is the author of several writings on African culture and its diaspora. He is an intercultural trainer, coach, filmmaker and consultant specialized in Africa. He is the Vice-President of SIETAR Europa, Co-Founder of SIETAR Europa SIG Africa and Founding President of the Federation of the African Union in Spain and Director of Casa Africa Library.
